After thinking long and hard. After many sleepless nights. After many, many years working for a large, multi-line dealership, we decided it was time! Time to open an independent dealership that focuses on the customer's needs, and on fast, outstanding service. We experienced the "BIG BOX" dealership mentality of more, more, more. We experienced customers becoming like cattle and just a "number". We saw the frustration of hundreds and hundreds of customers. Lack of communication, ball drops, inability to get the right parts when needed. Things just falling between the cracks. NO MORE! NorthCoast Powersports was born! Our focus is on YOU.
